Refund policy

Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final! Perception of scent strength and throw is very subjective. Scent strength and throw will differ between all scents offered.  We use premium quality raw materials and produce our products in small batches.  Some of our products may require additional cure time for optimal performance.  For wax melts, please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks from the pour date. Scents with heavy vanilla or bakery notes, typically perform best with 4 weeks or longer.

Discount Codes
We do not offer refunds for missing the entry of a discount code.  Discount codes are not automatically applied unless stated.  They may or may not have expiration date, may be one or multiple time usage and can include a percentage off, set dollar amount or free shipping.  These are offered from time to time to our email subscribers and/or for members of our FaceBook group, GiGi's Scented Adventures (our online community for existing customers and those interested in our products). It is your responsibility to enter the code at checkout. In the event, an automatic discount is offered on specific products, total purchase or shipping, the applicable discount will be reflected at checkout.

Damages & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. This must be reported to the corresponding shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages.  Every package except those shipped via USPS First Class mail comes with $100 insurance.  If you receive a package that has been damaged by the carrier or is lost and need any information to assist with your claim, please email us at gigi@ascentedadventure.com. Please note that any packages marked as delivered by USPS do not qualify for reimbursement with their insurance and if claim is submitted it will most likely be denied.

Issues
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will work with you to resolve the matter. Please send us a picture within 3 days of receipt  of the items received in your order ensuring all labels are visible at gigi@ascentedadventure.com. In the event, replacement of the original product is not possible, we reserve the right to refund for the total amount of the product(s).
